Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, the Democratic Director General of Delta State Bureau for Communications and Orientation, has stated that the defection of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the entire PDP structure in Delta State to APC was the best option. He cited thorough deliberations and a unanimous decision among party leaders and stakeholders as reasons for the defection, which he believes will enhance development and good governance in the state. Oghenesivbe commended Governor Oborevwori's leadership and vision, expressing confidence that the state will massively vote for APC in the 2027 general elections, driven by President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda and the governor's MORE Agenda.
