Victor Ebimayenimighan Warefa is a Nigerian marine engineer, entrepreneur, community leader, and grassroots politician from Ofunama community in Egbema Kingdom, located in Ovia South West Local Government Area, Edo  State. He currently serves as the National Chairman of Ofunama Community, a position that highlights his deep-rooted commitment to grassroots governance, cultural preservation, and community advancement.

 Political Career

Warefa is a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State and has been a vocal advocate for inclusivity and development within his party. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a bridge-builder and mobilizer, particularly among the youth and rural dwellers.

Warefa is the Managing Director and CEO of WARECOM Oil Nigeria Limited, an oil and gas services firm contributing to the local content goals of Nigeria’s energy sector. His professional background in marine engineering, coupled with entrepreneurial vision, has earned him respect in the oil and gas industry.
