๐ŸŒ™ Seigha & Owei: The River’s Secret

๐ŸŒ™ Seigha & Owei: The River’s Secret

By Seigha Dora Ayedi | Global Egberi Media International

A sweet story of friendship, courage, and the gentle power of love…

Once upon a time, by the sparkling Bแบฑng River, there were two villages.

In one village lived a gentle girl named Seigha. She loved weaving soft, colorful cloth that looked like butterfly wings.

In the other village lived a quiet boy named Owei. He planted flowers and trees, singing softly to help them grow.

One evening, Seigha went to the river to pick soft reeds. She hummed a happy song.

On the other side, Owei was planting a little tree. He heard Seigha’s song and smiled.

Their eyes met, and they shared a secret smile — a smile that said, “Hello, friend.”

Every day, Seigha and Owei met by the river. They waved, shared flowers, and drew pictures in the sand.

But some grown-ups said, “You must not be friends with someone from the other side!”

Seigha and Owei felt sad, but they kept their secret friendship by the river.

Then came the River Festival, when everyone from both villages came together on the bridge.

Seigha wore a shiny silver scarf she had made. Owei carried a little tree in a pot.

In the middle of the bridge, they met.

Seigha said, “The river brought us together.”

Owei said, “Let’s plant this tree here, where both our villages can share it.”

Everyone watched quietly.

Seigha and Owei planted the tree together.

The tree grew tall and strong. Children from both villages played under its branches.

When the wind blew, the leaves whispered a secret — a secret about friendship and love.

And the river smiled.

The End.
