In a historic and symbolic transition of leadership, the Nigerian Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, Delta State, officially welcomed its new Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwafemi Flora Tobolayefa, who took over the reins of the prestigious maritime institution from the outgoing Vice-Chancellor, Professor Emmanuel Munakurogha Adigio, during a handover ceremony held at the University's Vice Chancellor’s Conference Hall on Tuesday, 24th June 2025.
