It was a call to build a Delta where equity is not a privilege but a right, and where no community is left behind. But for the people of Opuama and Polobubor in Egbema Kingdom, Warri North LGA , that promise remains unfulfilled. Despite being oil-producing communities, contributing immensely to the economy of Delta State, they have received little or no direct impact from the MORE Agenda.
